Bedrooms in Cheltenham

We love Cheltenham and we’re super lucky to be in a town that’s bursting at the seams with things to do. In our opinion, a two-night stay is pretty perfect. Looking for a little less? You’ll still have a fab time (we promise) but don’t be surprised if you find yourself wishing to stay an extra night.

Looking to stay for longer than a couple nights? We’re here to help make sure that Cheltenham becomes the next you-gotta-go spot you tell all your friends about.

It’s tough to know where to start because there’s no denying it, Cheltenham is jam-packed with stuff to do.

First up, if you’re around on race day, you’ve got to check out Cheltenham Racecourse – it’s a must-see. But if you’re after a more laid-back vibe with a side of sightseeing, Pittville Park is your spot (it’s the biggest ornamental park in town). And hey, swing by our sister spot, No.38, on your way back and say hi.

Check-in is from 3pm. If you arrive early and your room isn’t quite ready, there’s plenty of space in our charming pub (she’s a real beauty) to relax, have a bite to eat or a little tipple. Arriving early and want to head out? No problem, we’ll hold on to your bags until you’re back. Check-out is by 11am.

We’ve got a handful of family-friendly bedrooms. The Family Comfy is a two-room bedroom that’s perfectly suited to families, with a king sized bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second room. Some of our Bigger Comfy’s also have space for fold-out beds for the little ones. Kids under 2 stay for free. 2-16 years are £15 per night.

All our Bigger Comfy’s (found out in the Stable block) are dog-friendly. Just add your dog to your booking (up to two doggo’s can stay with you for £15 per night), and we’ll make sure they get a VIP welcome with tasty tail-wagging treats.

Brekkie is served from 7.30am on weekdays, and 8am on weekends (we all deserve a little lie-in). If your room rate doesn’t include breakfast but you cant quite resist, fear not, walk-ins are very welcome.

If you have a reservation with us we have limited car parking at the rear of the hotel found on Royal Well Lane, which is on a first-come, first-served basis. If this is full, there is a pay and display car park behind the hotel called Chelt Walk Car Park.  There is also a pay and display car park in front of the hotel called St Georges Road Car Park.

We understand that plans sometimes change, so we try to make our booking policies super flexible. You can cancel or modify your booking up to 12pm the day before your arrival. If you cancel outside of this time or don’t show up, we’re sorry, but we’ll have to charge you for the first night of your stay. The only rate that’s not flexible is the Early Bird, this one’s non-refundable and non-amendable.
